If your order has not been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Mention your order number when you contact us and we'll try to cancel your order.
If we can cancel your order a full refund will be processed and returned to you within a few working days.
If your order has already dispatched, we can provide you with a returns address and a full refund will be processed on return of the product and received by us in a resalable condition.
Shipping
Due to AWA Game Design being a small co-owned business, orders will be shipped as soon as possible. This may mean a few days wait until an order is posted.
